Shipping Condition:

In order to offer you the best possible service, all our parcels are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. If the order is placed before noon, the package is usually sent the same day. If the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday (carrier closed the weekend).


We pay particular attention to the packaging of our products to guarantee you a reception in the best conditions. Calabashes and other fragile products are systematically protected in bubble wrap and double fluted cardboard for optimum protection. The books too, often collectible, are well protected not to arrive horny because of the transport. We also add red labels "FRAGILE" !!! In short, you can rest easy. We invite you anyway to check the integrity of your package upon receipt to avoid any dispute with the carrier. Whatever happens, you can contact us if necessary.


- In France it is La Poste or Chronopost that will ensure the delivery. For maximum security the shipment is followed, delivered by hand to the recipient against signature. For each package sent, a tracking number is sent to you by email. You can follow the journey of your package. In case of absence, a notice will be placed in your box, you choose to be re-delivered or pick up your parcel post office. Delivery within 2-4 working days after shipment.

For other countries, the operation is identical but it is the postal service of the country of the recipient who will take care of the delivery. The time varies depending on the destination. Usually 4 to 6 days for Europe and about 10 days for the rest of the world.


Condition of return :

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items. This time can be extended depending on the situation (contact us).

CapoeiraShop will cover the cost of return if the product is defective or not in accordance with your order. In other words, if the error comes from CapoeiraShop, the return is free.

All returned products will be subject to control. They must be unused (new), with the label and in their original packaging, in order to be marketed again on our site.

You can choose between an exchange, a credit or a refund.
