Unbleached capoeira cord (graduation), 100% natural cotton with core, diameter 10mm or 12mm. Raw (without knot). Can be dyed easily. Very good resistance over time.

Attention: We invite you to check / measure the diameter in mm of your rope before ordering. From one supplier to another the result may differ. Often suppliers advertise a smaller diameter, so you are thinking of buying 10mm when it is 12mm. Our ropes are exactly the diameter indicated. Please kindly check the desired diameter before ordering please. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

Note that the rope swells and shrinks a little with the dye. Always take a longer rope if you want to dye it.

Braided cotton rope (16 spindles) with core (the center of the rope is full). If you have any doubts do not hesitate to contact us.

Several diameters possible: 8mm (children) or 10mm and 12mm (adults). Other diameters and styles on request.

PLEASE NOTE: a capoeira cord often folds in half before passing it around the waist (see your teacher) ...

To choose the right length: (waist circumference + waist height up to half the calf) x2.
