Cord for berimbau Calabash 4mm (rami)

In Stock

String gourd for arame or natural linen. 4 mm diameter. Sold by the meter.

The cord used to attach the calabash to the berimbau or sometimes to attach the arame is called Rami. "O rami do berimbau" is traditionally made of natural material "ramie" (vegetable fiber from nettle) or cotton or even linen or hemp... The sound of your instrument will depend on its quality. The latter wears out over time and must therefore be replaced. Several types of cords available in the "Accessories" section of the site (cotton, linen/hemp, ramie, 2mm, 3mm...)
